This Record Group contains materials from the Office of Institutional Advancement of the Pingry School comprising Admissions, Communication, and Development. This department handles all fundraising, communications, publications, and alumni relations. Also overseen by this office is the Pingry School Athletics Hall of Fame, a celebration of Pingry athletics that includes an annual induction ceremony and display. The Photographs Record Group captures the history of the Pingry School from 1886 to the present in photographic form. Photograph sizes include 3x5, 4x6, 8x10 and larger "oversize" prints. See Arrangement notes for subject matter.

The Pingry People Record Group contains documents and other artifacts related to the people of the Pingry School. This includes alumni, faculty and staff, and other dedicated individuals.

The PSPA Collection contains materials related to the Pingry School Parents Association. Its mission is to increase involvement and create a sense of belonging for all members of the Pingry community. As the PSPA is a financially self-sustaining organization, many of the items in this collection pertain to fundraising events.

The Pingry School publications contain a variety of materials published by current and former students of the Pingry School. These materials include the Blue Book, the Pingry Review, the Pingry Record, and others. They include photographs of events and student life at the Pingry School and cover materials from all campuses of the school.

Scope and Contents The Student Life Record Group documents the activities and other aspects of student’s lives at the Pingry School from 1895 to the present. Event programs include numerous assemblies, dances, convocation, and commencement. Students are further enriched through experiential education opportunities such as the former annual trip to Bermuda in the 1960s-1980s.
