We the fathers of the 1950 Pingry Football Squad present this tribute to Reese Williams as a token of our heartfelt appreciation of the excellent training he is giving our sons. We recognize that character building, especially the development of the spirit of fair play and cooperation taught by him on the athletic field, is of far greater value to our boys than the splendid record of the undefeated and united team of 1950. Congratulations and the best of luck in the coming years.
